Baltimore midst of a potential franchise-altering offseason, where general manager Eric DeCosta has made some big moves as he continues to create another Super Bowl window. That included the decision to move on from Tyler Linderbaum, Isaiah Likely, and others, while backing out of a trade for Maxx Crosby.

Between free agency and the NFL draft, there will be plenty of new faces on the roster, who will also get a chance to develop a rapport with their new teammates and learn their new respective schemes. With the Ravens kicking off the first phase of their offseason program, it won’t include any on-field activity. Here’s a breakdown of each phase of Baltimore’s offseason program.

Phase One
The Ravens kick off their offseason program on April 6 following the hiring of new head coach Jesse Minter. Per the NFL’s CBA, the first two weeks of the offseason program will be limited to strength and conditioning and physical rehabilitation.

Phase Two
The next three weeks of the offseason program will consist of on-field workouts, which may include “individual player instruction and drills and team practices conducted on a ‘separates’ basis.” There are “no live contact or offense vs. defense drills” permitted during this time.
Phase Three
The final four weeks of the program may consist of a total of 10 organized team activities (OTAs) practices. During this time, no live contact is permitted. But teams are allowed to conduct 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills.
Rookie Minicamp
New Ravens rookies will hit the practice field for the first time during the first weekend in May for rookie minicamp, after the NFL draft.

OTAs
The Ravens will meet as a team, including rookies, beginning May 18 for the first of nine voluntary OTA practices at the Under Armour Performance Center. They’ll meet May 18-19, May 21, May 26-28, June 1-2, June 4
Mandatory Minicamp
The Ravens will hold their mandatory minicamp from June 9-11, marking the final organized set of practices before training camp in late July.
